The beef was nothing but grizzled tendon. Inedible. I do not like to leave bad reviews but I feel like I need to inform the public.

None of the employees were wearing gloves. They were handling money then walking to the noodle bin and dipping their hands in and grabbing handfuls. No they were not in baggies like they usually are (the noodles) extra noodles that fell out of their hands they threw back into the bins then wiped their hands on their pants and filled up the condiment bags with unwashed bean sprouts, and other vegetables. Handling chicken without washing hand and grabbing uncooked vegetables to put directly on your plate. Very dangerous to eat here unless you are immune to e-coli. Never eating here again. Also, the worst thing is that after I saw the uncleanliness of the restaurant I asked for a refund and they "REFUSED". They told me to get the hell out of there. I filmed the entire crew without gloves but they asked me not to post so I will not. I reported this to the Citadel Outlet Customer Services and filed a complaint with the department of health. The health department went out and inspected the place but they were wearing gloves by then. Do NOT eat here if you are afraid your children might get sick.

Dry egg rools, Burned fried rice. Burned chicken in noodle soup. What else I can say.

Overpriced for an ok soup. They also charge you .90 for taking it to go!

Wow I've never been to an overpriced pho. It was definitely not the best. $5.75 for a mango smoothie with boba, obviously made out of that powder stuff. The tai tea boba was nothing special I paid $4.50 for that one. The banh mi pork was small and cost $8.75. At my usual spot I pay $6 for 3 of them, bigger and better. 1 egg roll was $2.00, didn't know they make egg rolls that tiny. Anyways never again will I spend almost $25 on a small sandwich, tiny eggroll and 2 bobas. Oh and they charge extra for takeout. Ridiculous.
