This was our second time visiting the hotel. The first time was a horrible experience, but we've heard many great things about the hotel so we figured we would try it again. Our opinion didn't change the second time around. The place was dirty.. Our sheet on our bed wasn't changed before we arrived (there was candy stuck on it) the carpets were filthy, the room in general was just filthy. they had nothing stocked when we came down for the continental breakfast. We called to the front desk because an alarm clock was going off in an empty room, and it took them 30 minutes to shut it off. We weren't notified before we got there that the spa and pool were closed, their site that is listed on their room key to order room service was down and the restaurant that is connected to the hotel never picks up their phone. Just an overall bad hotel to stay at. The hotel is located in Clark summit pa next to sheetz. The rooms are decently sized, parking lot is always kept up with, outside doors to get into hotel buildings are broken.

What a treat! I made reservations at this establishment based purely on price while driving through. I had few expectations and ended up delighted. Tucked away under a bridge, the Nichols Village has friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The reception area would be ideal for weddings and other gatherings complete with swimming pool and catering. I didn't have a chance to stick around and enjoy the spa, but my premonition tells me it would be equally enjoyable. Highly recommended.

For the price and huge room size you can't go wrong. Plenty of restaurants and stores around this "high end" area. Hotel is slowly deteriorating but still not a bad choice if you're on a budget and want to feel good about it. Staff is nice enough to work with any issues you have. breakfast is mediocre at best.

Not as bad as many say, but it seemed understaffed and undermanaged. My room was unheated when I walked in, which upset me the most. Otherwise, it just looked like the place was in general disrepair and not ready to house many guests. Pool is STILL closed.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Really all you can ask for in a hotel for the price. Enjoyed the stay.
