I spoke to kelly and first thing she did was try and milk me for over 300 + for a down payment without exploring other options because I said something about my personal beliefs , she went out of her way to offend me and my household. Being 1/4 black I have been called all kinds here in this community and those comments did not cut me as deep as to what Kelly had said. I do not live in the state of hate and fear. I do not give negative reviews. Jessica was really nice and was apologetic for her coworkers nasty attitude and remarks ,also the VP Todd was completely apologetic and very kind. The 1 star is because if I did not give her this rating then what she says becomes acceptable ,and it is not acceptable. A sincere apology would have been absolutely acceptable, but instead it was an apology where she tried to blame and point instead of taking full responsibility. I did nothing to her. It is too bad for people who treat people with kindness  at this business.

Fantastic, they gave us event insurance quickly and for less than half of the major insurers. Thanks Nicholson.
