My daughter goes to see Dr. Teresa, and she loves it. The staff if amazing, and always explain to my child the steps. The muncie office is fantastic. I highly recommend thus office.

Went to the Bluffton office last year and what a mistake that was the receptionist is so rude that I left without having my work done. Trying to get a filling done faster and cheaper  than what my new dentist could get me in for. I called back to Muncie and the wait was more than I could do so I hesitantly I called bluffton and dealt with the same rude behavior as before. Dr. Teresa is great at what she does but sadly her worker in bluffton has ruined it for me and my spouse. I was advised I can’t go between dentists even though my new dentist was only working on a partial retainer  because they offered same day when Nilcolhson does not. Sad to stop going but I will go and take our money where it is appreciated.

If you don't want to be accused of child neglect for missing an appointment (of their own fault and I have proofs) do not come here. They don't wanna accept fault even if it meant ruining a family. Do not even try to set foot or even attempt to call them and never ever give out your info. They are bullies just cuz they can. Nicholson Family Dental is all about numbers (more patients more money), all about quantity and quality is just an option. You get it if you get it. If you don't want the risk of losing your child; your everything, NEVER GO TO NICHOLSON FAMILY DENTAL. Otherwise, good luck.

We've been going for 2 years very friendly staff. They talk to my children and make them comfortable. They enjoy going to see the Dr. Nicholson. Couldn't be happier.
