Our sales consultant Julie Sanders was the best! She worked hard to find me just the right model lease and even let me walk away in order to hunt one down.  definitely recommend her and will use her great services again. No punches pulled.

I’d like to make a personal recommendation for John Won.  I’ve leased several BMW’s from various dealerships.  John helped me with my 3rd  BMW and this was By FAR the easiest, most professional, and enjoyable experience that I’ve had from any BMW dealer or from any Consultant.  He was courteous and his follow up was excellent.  When I arrived for my appointment the car I was going to purchase was up front and he actually ran the air conditioning through the car so that when I got in it was very comfortable.  So we could take the extra time to learn the new features on my new BMW.  

When we sat down for the numbers, they were exactly what we had discussed.  No tricks, no smoke, no mirrors.  I had called several dealerships, and John was not only giving me the best deal but made sure my wear and tear and remaining payments were gone.  

So I left Nick Alexander with a brand new X5 with more options and a lower payment.  

ASK for John Won!!  You will regret it if you don’t!!

Let me start with this is my second vehicle leased from Alexander BMW, after having leased three from Alexander Mini, so for those who are bad at math, that's five cars so far from Nick Alexander. 

My latest lease was handled by Marcos Lopez and I couldn't be happier with the speed and professionalism with which he handled the transaction. I was in and out of the dealership in record time, with a deal I was very happy with, and, although my car had not yet been delivered to the dealership, he let me know as soon as they received and brought to my office clean, fully gassed up and ready to roll! 

I'll be back in three more years for another vehicle and look forward to working with Marcos again.

Over the years we have gotten 3 new cars from Julie Sanders at Nick Alexander BMW. She is absolutely the best! She was very honest, very low pressure, and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible. We have been to other dealerships and always felt so much pressure from the sales people. It was never a nice experience. But Julie Sanders is the complete opposite and would recommend her to anyone.

James Piper was unbelievably professional and helpful. He revived my spirits and confidence when it comes to dealing with a traditional franchised dealership. I did not feel pushed at all, but I know he will be ready to assist me whenever I am ready to buy. He was quick to respond to my emails and definitely has a loyal future customer.
