 For what they serve, staff, presentation and atmosphere make it more real than "Cheers".
 No liqueur their, yet good cheer dominates
no matter how long or short the wait. They have ample personnel to keep up a rapid pace and humour you and themselves.

Great service. Roast beef sub was cooked medium rare, tender. Roll was nicely grilled & BBQ sauce tangy/spicy. Next time I want to try the pastrami.

Said simply, this is consistently the best sandwhich of any type that I've ever had, anywhere. The roast beef is astonishingly flavorful, each and every time I've been there. 
In general the place is nice, down to earth - it feels like a family run place though I have no idea if that's the case. Everyone is very nice and does their job well. The prices are very fair. 
Overall its all good and no bad.

Had not been in almost 20 years.  Since I went to college in that area. Not a thing has changed. The staff are jokie bit serious. You have to wait. But the food is fresh and great. You  will not be dissatisfied . I wont wait another 20 years.
