Be aware of this place!! if your child is very sick take them to the main hospital or it may died from pneumonia. They didn't even ordered an xray to my son and he had pneumonia. Sent me home with allergy meds, What?? I came back 2 days later with the same symptom, fever and cough but this time came to the main hospital and the first thing they asked, WithWhat Medication they sent you home? the doctor  was shocked and said your son has a pneumonia. 2 times I took him to the other place and sent me home with nothing. Shame on you!! Should be more careful with children.

My daughter got really sick while we were on vacation in Florida.  My sister's son's pediatrician suggested I take here to Nicklaus Children's for more testing.  It was friendly, professional, very clean and quick.  We did not wait long between tests and results came just as quick.  The staff was not just caring and professional but they went the extra mile to make us all feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we needed to make about our daughter's illness.  The pediatrician spent time talking with us and hearing our concerns.  We never felt rushed.  I would go back again in a heartbeat.  Thank you to the staff for the wonderful service you provide

Horrible place to be so new a long wait time full of patients and to top it off the staff is super rude baiscally told me to leave when my son had a fever of 104 and was very weak with high blood preassure and spots on his body. Didnt even care to look at him. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS OUTPATIENT FOR EMERGENCY LOOKS MORE LIKE A PACKED CHILDRENS CLINIC.

I went on Sunday 8/6/2017 and there was only 1 person in front of me and I still took almost 2 hours to see the Dr. the Dr. ordered my 15 month baby a stool test which we returned the same day and they told they they will call me if something came back positive. I never received a call but my baby didn't get better so in Wednesday afternoon 5 pm I called and they told be he had a bacteria. Very irresponsible from them not to call me earlier. Never going back again!
