I couldn't have been more impressed with Mr. DiDonato.  He was cordial, approachable and he eased my apprehension about meeting to discuss my misfiled taxes, a subject I am poorly versed in, within the first five minutes.
His expertise was evident as he applied it to my particular case.
I will certainly return next year and won’t even consider using any of he tax software that is out there for purchase.  

If you are looking for a CPA who is knowledgeable, confident, but approachable, I highly recommend Mr. DiDonato.

Nicolas does all my business accounting and tax filings for my S-Corporation as well as all my personal filings. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with your business and help with tax strategies. He also has very reasonable rates.

I had a long list of questions involving inheritance, a small retail business, 1099 income, and a few years of unfiled returns. Mr. DiDonato took it all in stride, showed me the best way to handle each issue, and will charge a reasonable price for completing my returns. He was reassuring and professional, and didn't talk down to me while explaining things fully.

I have a corporation with operations in 3 states and US Territory (PR) which is an accounting and tax nightmare. Nick is the most experienced CPA I've worked with.
Regardless of the complexity or how challenging your needs are, he is well prepared and willing to handle it.

Nicolas DiDonato is simply the best CPA service around for small bussineses and personal, will get back to his client is a timely matter, will advise year around, and answer any questions and/or concerns you might have about your IRS filling...simply put...FANTASTIC SERVICE!.
