Nicklas Insurance Group has been so helpful and the most accommodating insurance company that I have ever worked with! They are so helpful and have helped me with any requests and provided me with the best service along the way. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any insurance needs in the Erie county area. I have worked with several insurance companies over the years and Nicklas Insurance is the best!

Nicklas Insurance is an excellent company! They are thorough, professional, detail oriented and are kind and caring people. I 100% recommend them, especially for small businesses. They will make sure you have the proper amount and types of insurance. They help scale it down if you are over insured and help you scale up if you are under insured. I worked closely with Liz Edwards there and she was amazing! All the staff there are accommodating and quick to respond. They will help you with any claims you may need to make and will guide you in the right direction.

They are very helpful, professionals with respect & kind. Know their business very well, with a personal touch. I drive 30 miles to pay in person each month, I enjoy their service this much, for years...

Well I got insurance for my business through Nicklas insurance and was for 100,000 and paid $229 For a full year and was cancelled due to someone without authority raised my insurance to 1,000,000 and I was cancelled due to no notification of a balance due so now I'm only getting a refund of $29 . What a scam.... they do...

They take care of me and show real care.
