Worst customer service ever. Just got out of there and this was the first time my children were buying comic books. We were planning to come in every week to buy them a new one and this lady was the most unhelpful rude person in the world. She was already getting on my nerves when we check out and ask her a simple question. Do you have a frequent buyer card or anything similar. She laughs and tells me that im already paying a very low price for the amount of work that go into the comics and that this is not subway were you buy 10 and get a free cookie. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? In front of my kids. A simple No would of sufficed. She had this thing wrapped around her head like her tooth had been pulled out but jeez Be nice or stay home. I Never leave bad reviews as a previous business owner i know what it does to a business but i had never felt so belittled by a store. Ridiculous!

My husband and I went in to buy a few comic books, just for fun. While we were browsing the woman at the counter starting grilling my husband about the comics he likes and then made him feel stupid for not knowing much about them, even though we had already said we're not big comic book fans. She then criticized the way I was putting the comic books back after looking at them. We left after feeling so unwelcome and bought some comics at a store down the street. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

Went in to buy some comics for a family member. I was a bit nervous I am not comic book savvy. But they were so kind and helpful! Mimi took the time to show me several books and didn't mind answering my questions, which were many. She was more than happy to help me with my mail order and made me feel welcome the entire time. My two teen daughters loved the selection based on TV shows and movies. The other man that was helping her also helped me pick out some comics for my 10 year old. I Will definitely be back to this store and I recommend it to anyone! The staff are amazing and caring. I had a great experience and look forward to our next visit!

Years ago, when Cottonwood Mall was still around, I hit Night Flight comics for the first time. My experience wasn't that great. The clerk was rude and their prices were outrageous. In the 90's the kids from my middle school warned me about how rude the employees were to their customers. I'd graduated from high school by the time I bothered to see for myself. I wasn't planning on returning and I didn't. Fast forward several years to today 3-30-17. A friend and I were on our lunch break and figured we'd hit a comic book shop. The layout was odd, the non-comic book junk seemed to take precedence over the comic books and it was hard to find what I was looking for. There was a father with his two children, probably ages 8 and 1. The older wanted a specific item. I'd found about $80 worth of comics I was going to buy until I heard the woman (who claimed to be the manager) ask the man if he was willing to buy more than a $2 item because they'd get charged $2 for using the CC machine and he didn't have cash. This is nonsense. No CC machine charges you that much. She made it seem like she wouldn't sell to him unless he bought something else. He decided against the purchase and walked out. His poor son was crying. I put my comics down and my friend and I strolled out. I've never seen ANY store owner talk a customer out of a sale before. Just before we left the father came back in to buy the trinket and the woman argued with him about it further. I'm never going back to that place again.

Al, the owner, is awesome and always has some suggestions when I ask for them. This is the place I go for comics. Their selection seemed to be just about the best you'll find anywhere.
