Amazing. (Perhaps it was just the employee helping me,  it I have no reason to think the others would be different)Though I cannot compare to other shoe stores (I've only been to cheaper places like Walmart), the experience here was as perfect as possible.worker was kind and calm. We got exactly the shoe I needed in minutes, in fact, his first guess was spot on! When an unexpected technical difficulty occured, he handled it calmly and quickly, with help from another employees via a private communication headset.

Awesome selection. Too. These are the best feeling show I've ever had, as well as the most stylistically pleasing.

Due to a family emergency I had to return a pair of shoes I had purchased from the outlet so I could access the money spent on them to accommodate this emergency I had run into. The shoes were purchased on my debit card so the gentlemen refunded the money onto the same debit card. However he failed to tell me that it could not only take days but weeks to be processed back on my card! Now I'm stuck with no money and by the time I get the money back I won't need it and could have just kept the shoes. This is absolutely disappointing that the management at Nike would fail to tell their employees to inform customers about that process.
