good educated teachers like this school better than my old school

When I went to this high school in the late '80s (class of '89), it was one of the best high schools in the nation.  The teachers in the high school were paid higher than at any other high school in Illinois. At least one student who lived outside of our school district paid tuition $8500.00 per year just to attend our top-notch public high school.  Almost every student in my graduating class went straight to college after high school.

Being a student here all four years literally was probably the worst experience I have ever had this school honestly only cares if you are bringing something good to their name. A lot of teachers here do not teach they don't care if you pass or fail because they're only in it for the money. I had a physics teacher that I asked so kindly to change because he wasn't doing his job and I've always asked for help but he had no clue what he was doing . Everyone always tried to turn it on me like I wasn't doing anything but previous classes have told me that he was the worst teacher. That wasn't my only incident with a bad teacher. My sophomore English teacher was pretty bad as well he didn't teacher either. This school is also filled with rude people it's a very diverse school but there is groups other races don't really talk to each other like that. In my opinion I would not ever send my child to this school for the simple fact that they would have to teach themselves all four years. And it's always your fault at this school

This is definitely one of the best schools in the surrounding Chicago land area. The staff are well educated and very down the earth. TON of extra curricular activities to get involved in. School is always being improved. It says a lot when your football field costs a whopping 1 million dollars. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, IT WILL BE OVER BEFORE YOU KNOW IT! The students are very well cultured. And for the most part, polite. Would definitely come back if I could. #ClassOf2k15
