This is one of our favorite places, and we have been going there for 10 plus years. We enjoy the meat sandwiches for lunch, the boba drinks, and the pastries. We also often buy the fresh bread, especially the type with multiple grains and seeds. The cakes are also quite nice, just as good or better than those at big chains such as 85 Degrees.
They have the best crunchy cake ever. They are so awesome and provide amazing service.
Found our way to Ni Ni Bakery in Rowland Heights and bought 2 bags of garlic toast. Yum!!! Tasty bread! Good price! Satisfied!
Great selection of yummy Taiwanese bread, and Taiwanese small eats, we bought several bread and egg tarts and they were all very delicious.
Love their crispy sponge cake, egg salad bread, and potato salad bread! Their pork buns here are decent.
The staff here is so-so, the only thing you need to worry about is the cake. I brought a small lemon cake once and it started growing moss in it the second day. Since it’s cool these days I crossed out the fact that it was caused my the heat.
My Pina Colada was very good and my wife bought a cake and 4 other drinks. Will definitely come back when visiting this area again and good prices too.

The bum bum are good especially in the morning when it made fresh . I went back again to get exchanged ! The owner did whatever takes to satisfy my discrepancy. I brought their bread and other products For many years . This was the first coincidence. The shop is keeping good reputation.
I Live here for 20 years, we usually go to JJ Bakery most of the time. Recently we decided to give NiNi a try, we like their bread, now we are here more than JJ.
