We had a great experience! Will definitely use them again! From the time I called until the time he arrived was minimal. They even sent me an email letting me know when to expect him. Called them several times to have our drains unclogged. They suggested we replace the entire line up to the street but since I can't  afford it I'll have them clear it each time until I can... Thanks for all your help Ninja Plumber!

Sorry, I get that you probably run a good business but our toilet we had 2 visits and paid $300+ to fix original problem still there AND actually created a new one. Instead of being honest and saying, "this might not fix the problem" or even admit they made a new issue, they just looked for excuses to charge money to change parts and if we ask to come back and fix problem created by your new parts good luck they play the "we know nothing" card. Basically paid money for someone to have a confidence inducing conversation they knew what they were doing, paid them, and no help to fix unless we made another appt. Wouldn't even come just to LOOK for free the mistake THEY created. Never again, but cool name. Ironic in this case. Ninja must mean you disappear when help is actually needed.

We had an incredible experience with Ninja Plumber! Wouldn't go to anyone else for our plumbing needs. They were very responsive, professional and passionate for what they do.
