Summer hours have begun. We are now open 7 days a week serving breakfast and dinner daily. We strive to serve you delicious home cooked food at a reasonable price. We believe in making many of our sauces from scratch and we grown many vegetables in our gardens out back. Adam prepares home made bread daily to be served with any dinner entree or dinner salad. We believe that we offer an eclectic menu offering items for gluten free diets and vegetarians. Our deck is probably the best outdoor dining in southern Vermont. We look forward to you dining with us.

Nipper's has become a popular restaurant amongst the locals and tourist serving up outstanding fresh food at reasonable prices.
We serve only Certified Angus Beef steaks, Prime steaks, Choice steaks and fresh seafood. Whenever possible we use all local produce or preferably the vegetables come from our own gardens and all of our sauces are hancrafted on the property. We believe in using only the highest quality products in producing our dressings and sauces and we believe that food should be flavorful.
We invite you to join us for a delicious home cooked meal either for breakfast, lunch or dinner based on our daily hours. Nipper's is the perfect setting for any size gathering we want to make sure that your dining experience is enjoyable so you will continue to returan and you will tell your friends about us. We are the perfect place for small cocktail or dinner parties and have hosted wedding parties. We are happy to take reservations for dinner a credit card is mandatory and we have a 3 hour prior to arrival cancellation period. We apologize but we only seat 25. We do not take reservations for lunch or breakfast.
