The nerve of these people to pressure customers to give tip. It is ridiculous. My second massage was crappy because I did not give $20 tip. the environment is awkward. full body massage with my clothes is stupid as hell.

Don't buy and give a Nirvana gift certificate as a present! They don't keep records so, if their tiny Gift Certificate receipt gets lost, they don't honor their commitment. Further, they don't tell you that when you buy the certificate. WHAT? Don't keep track of gift certificates? Too difficult, per owner. Is she kidding. DON'T GO TO NIRVANA.

I did not like their massage. The guy who did massage for me left bruise on my neck. I ask him to be gentle but he did not do that. I think he does not know how to do massage for people.

It was a very awkward environment. I didn't like how my massage was done with my clothes on, especially since it was a "Full Body" massage. I felt like the therapist was speeding through my massage. I also did not like how my massage did not seem private. My "massage area" was only closed in by a sheet.....where I can see other's massage session and vice versa. I really did not want to tip anything, but gave a small tip for the therapist's time and effort. Overall,  I doubt i will ever go back to this place and I will be canceling my future appointments. This was my first time there and I surely would not recommend anyone here. This review is dated 11/21/15.
