We drove a long way to look at a used car here. The people and facilities were great. They did work with us by phone for quite some time. However, at the end of the day they don't seem to be willing to move on their prices at all. We went to Jeff Haas Mazda in Houston and got $4000 more on our trade-in with no arguing. We got $2000 less on the price of the vehicle, which had less mileage than theirs and all the same upgrades. And when Nissan of Alvin said they could only get me an APR in the mid-teens I walked away with an APR of 5.6%, including the price of several extended warranties and additional packages. All in all the final monthly payment came out $80 less at another dealership with a whole lot more gained. If you are looking for someone who is actually willing to deal then this isn't your place. I was literally told that if they came up on my trade-in value that they would also go up on the price of the car. Thus, no savings to the customer. And also a shady business practice. If you are looking for nice facilities and listed price then this is your place.

Honestly the best experience I have ever had when it comes to dealerships. I recommend Omar Jaime as well. He was able to get me a good deal and a new 2017 rouge all in the same day. I will defiantly recommend Nissan of Alvin to my friends and family!

The sales manager Jimy took time to talk to me and answer a lot of questions I had.  I was driving two hours to get there and wanted to make sure everything was good. When I arrived they had the Rogue I wanted pulled around and ready for me to test drive. All my paperwork was in order and my salesman was great. I️ was in and out in no time with a lot better deal than I would have received on the other side of Houston. Loved it. They were great and gave me a great deal.

After originally parking and looking around next door at Toyota at Alvin and no one coming to speak to us, we hopped over to Nissan and immediately greeted by Isaac Jaime. We told him what we were looking for, showed us many options and even introduced us to the interactive board with all the features. He was very informative on the vehicle, showed us all our options and we got a the deal we wanted. He even got us some food and water! Never felt pressured or harassed and we are very happy with the new car. Isaac and the Nissan of Alvin team really took care of us.

Great service - Love my new vehicle.  Matthew was great, no pressure.  Great price - we are Very Satisfied with our new Cadillac.  I will recommend Nissan of Alvin.  Great Job!
