I actually had a very pleasant experience today when I had my '17 Rogue serviced for the first time. I did not have to stand at a desk for 10 minutes to be checked in. I was shown the lounge area and asked to wait just a few minutes. In less time than that, Denise Law came to me to gather all my information. She told me the wait would be about an hour. In 45 minutes she returned to tell me that the car was finished and was being hand washed. In a minute a gentleman came and handed me my keys and I was good to go. Denise came out and gave me my paperwork after explaining just what service had been performed. Kudos to Nissan of Streetsboro.

Purchased a new Rogue on April 2nd. Traded in a vehicle. As of May 9th the payoff has STILL not been sent and now my account is delinquent. Spoke with the financing manager, nothing happened. Left him several messages with no response. Left several messages for the general manager, no response. Left a message for the salesman, no response. UNACCEPTABLE. I plan on calling Nissan directly tomorrow. What a horrible way to treat a returning customer! Shameful. Update 6/17:: payoff finally happened closer to the end of May. And, get this, my father had to go and well, be a "man" to find out what was going on. I'm 37 years old, married with a master's degree and a child. I don't and shouldn't need my dad to help me with any of this. Unbelievable. Update 10/20: refinanced through a local credit union back in June. As of 10/20, credit union has yet to receive title memorandum from Nissan. Are you kidding me?! And, of course, is anyone returning my calls?? NO. And I can't get an answer on refunding my Gap insurance either! You all should be ashamed.

Our salesman Charles was great! We waited nearly 3 hours just to meet with the finance department to purchase the car. That is no good! Other than the time it took the process was what you would expect when purchasing a car.

This is the second visit and it was horrible. I previously took my Nissan Altima in for a recall on transmissions. After picking my car up it drove the same. I called Hunter in service who stated I was still under warranty and I could bring my car back. I called to let him know that the problem was still going on, I was then informed that if it happens again to bring the car at anytime. I took my car back due to the transmission still acting up. I was told that everything was still the same and I would not be charged. I was told that my check engine light was on & asked if I want them to diagnosis it for $126. I told them no due to the charge. I was told they would let me know what was wrong with the vehicle to figure out what I want to do. I never received a call until they made a decision. At this point I was informed that I owed $126 (the same amount to diagnosis the check engine light). I asked Hunter to explain and he stated that they could not figure out what was wrong so they called Nissan for further suggestions. They were told to complete a entire car diagnosis for $700. I told him to stop everything they were doing and I will pick up my vehicle. I called my boyfriend(who is a mechanic) and told him to call for a better understanding, he stated that something seemed off and called 2 other Nissan dealerships. We found out there is no entire car diagnosis. So I called back to speak with Hunter, I was informed that he left for the day. I then spoke with Jodi who was very nasty, I explained the situation and she already had answers prepared. She then stated that she was getting my paperwork but could not find it and would call me back. When she called she was able to speak with Hunter and that I must pay the $126 before I can get my car back. I asked for the service manager and wouldn't you know Jodi was the manager. So she explained that I had 24 hours to pay them and bring back the loaner car or I would be charged for the day's I had it. I said all of this to say I do not think that completing something the customer did not request and then charging is wrong. Now I am paying for a car that is not fixed. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
