Dr. Nitzell removed a molar I had a crown on that was abcessed. It was extremely painful & needed done. The year long process of healing, x-rays & then having an implant done was plenty of time to give a review on him & his practice. Every single time I had an appointment, the office was busy but I never waited for more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. They were ALL caring, professional, speedy & knowledgeable. This is not a fun procedure or process, but they made it bearable. He knows what he's doing & gets it done. He's kind, informative & has a sense of humor. The office allowed me to pay monthly since it was a few thousand dollars. I highly recommend this practice. My one & only suggestion is to update the music in the office. It's dreadful & when in pain, something more current would be a good distraction. I will bring family if needed.

My gums were receding so bad that he had to graft almost all my teeth. Nitzell is a nice man, he was able to work around my college student budget, and I see a visual improvement in my gums.

Went in to have grafting done to help one of my lower front, so he grafted from a tooth upper back. I have been back several times after that because of sharp pain with anything I drink from the upper grafting. Now he says he needs to pull the tooth he grafted from. Will not ever go there again. Went in to help a tooth, instead, he will pull a different tooth that was fine when I went in.

I could not give them a 5 star only because I had surgery and it was miserable. :)  The staff if very friendly and the Doctors are very caring, and have a great "bedside" manner. They were able to work with me on the financial side.  I HIGHLY recommend this office.
