Had a root canal procedure performed here.  I had an abscess to start with so she packed my gums with antibiotic for a week or so until the swelling  and infection subsided and then performed the root canal.  Procedure was done timely, relatively painlessly, and I even received a refund check as I left based on some extra money I must have paid upfront.  I even liked Dr. El-Refai's office decor.  She came highly recommended via my dentist.  No complaints.  Thank you.

Went in for a re-treatment on an existing root canal. Even though I brought clear x-rays from my dentist taken 2 days prior, they insisted on taking x-rays again. The assistant was hurting me during the x-ray and when I asked if the x-ray was necessary, Dr. El-Refai said I was welcome to leave and go to another endodontist. I said that wasn’t necessary, but asked if we could hurry to get the plastic film out of my mouth quickly. Dr. El-Refai said “I’m dismissing you as my patient, please leave my office.” I was completely shocked by this treatment! I would not recommend this endodontist to anyone!

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!!!   DO NOT GO HERE!!!  had a partial root canal done in May 2017. They made me pay $180 upfront even though I have 2 insurances. They billed the insurance company for a full root canal and now they won't give me my money back even though they have been paid in full.  They claim they are waiting for a letter of refund from the insurance company.  I understand they need a paper trail, but they have been paid for services now GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really liked how Dr. Ei-Refai talk to you through out the entire procedure explaining everything she was doing.  The short of this though, a tooth that had been hurting for over 6 months has no pain now whatsoever.  In fact that afternoon after the novacaine wore off I did not feel any pain at all.

This was the best place I've been for a root canal procedure. Nivine and her assistant did a very good job on my procedure. Nivine explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Also, a comfortable and clean atmosphere with soothing background music and a nicely decorated waiting room.
