Niwot Tavern is a special place in the little town of Niwot where you can go for drinks or for a meal.  It was my first time in Niwot, although I had driven past the town many times.  My sister was running an errand in town, and I had a chance to check out the little plaza.  I had some pizza across the street, and then I saw the Niwot Tavern, with Guinness on tap.  Niwot Tavern has a wood interior that is both clean and warm.  The bar is separated from the restaurant.  After having the pizza, I didn't feel like eating, but the restaurant section was busy, and the menu looks really good.  I sat down for a small Guinness, and I was welcomed by the staff and by the other patrons.  Niwot Tavern seems to have a lot of regulars who are locals, and they were happy to talk about their town.  It's a diverse crowd, but they all seem friendly, happy and welcoming.  As I've just moved back to the U.S. from Europe, it was good to learn about Niwot and the neighboring towns.  Niwot Tavern is a really nice place to go.  I think next time I'll go for dinner too.

Good service. Good food. Friendly staff. If you did not get what you want you failed to ask. Cozy local place. Support them!

We ate Christmas dinner there and we loved it the family is so nice to serve Christmas dinner and we are VERY grateful to have our Christmas dinner there! Since we are homeless it means alot! Thank you thank you from The Montoya-Cortez family!

Just watched Philly take the trophy in Super Bowl LII!  Great food, drinks and staff!

Wonderful outdoor patio eating!  The food was amazing!  As was the service!  Great place to meet for lunch.
