I really enjoyed this spot. The crowd was wonderful. The ambiance was inviting. The bartenders were not so inviting and made horrible drinks. With the exception of one lady. Overall I enjoy myself.

Ugh. It just wasn't good. Maybe our timing was off, but we did not get a good vibe. It was the end of their happy hour on a Thursday, and the place was clearing out. It took a while (like 8 minutes) for a bartender to see us. Behind the bar was a mess with dirty plates stacked up. It just left a lot to be desired.

The service is so slow that it’s almost not worth going to enjoy the food. They’ve been under new management since June 2017 and I’ve been there several times for lunch, happy hour and dinner and the food is fabulous, but being set in the heart of Hartford, I’m not sure it’s worth the wait. People come in for lunch during work and need to buffer an extra half hour for service. The check takes forever to get to the table and then the wait for the waiter/waitress to come back and take our money and if you’re using a credit card it is sooo much longer, I’ve timed it twice now and it’s been about 12 minutes… you don’t have an extra 12 minutes when you’re taking a nice lunch during work.

Ordered a burger. Took 1 hour for them to bring it out. The place was empty. Tried them again since the have a 50% off corporate discount and same exact experience. Not going back again.

This place is a shell of it's former self. It used to be a "hip" place with cool cocktails and fun bartenders. Now it's a trashy club of sorts on the weekends.
