Love coming here. The people genuinely care about the animals in the store. I've adopted 2 ferrets and I bring them back regularly for nail clipping and ear cleaning. They are so good with them! They are very knowledgeable about the exotic animals and don't just sell them and not follow up. If you can't keep the animal they will re-home him/her for you. You agree to this when you buy from them. I agree with this policy bc it's better for the animals. 
I highly recommend this store over the commercial pet co or pet value type stores.

They're all very knowledgeable people. I also like that they're not afraid to admit if there's something they don't know about an animal.
They try their best to help everyone and give them one-to-one attention.
I find their store to be a place I can feel relaxed.
They have a great selection of exotic pet goods and even animals!

Best pet store around.. staff is very knowledgeable in how to care for your pets. They have some of the coolest pets too, from skunks and pigs, to rare snakes, spiders and scorpions, sugar gliders you name it they got it. But if they don't have what you are looking for be sure to ask as they can always find you one and they get shipments all the time.

Every time I come in to this store I am greeted by the staff and asked if they can help. They are in a word.. WONDERFUL! They truly care about their animals from fish to ferrets. The staff is a wealth of  knowledge and always willing to explain everything patiently and will even offer suggestions on how they can help cut expenses on cages, etc. The animals they have are well socialized and VERY well taken care of. I purchased a ferret in November and I couldn't be happier to have added him to our family. In fact, I am going to be picking up a friend for him today and wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get him.

I was there to purchase Xmas gifts for my children.  I got a loin-head bunny (😄) & a bearded- dragon....  
Besides how busy there were n the screaming pot- belly pigs,  I lov it❣🤘
Megan n Kevin were great, and so were the other employees!! Helpful n gave us great information about both animals!!
I tell everyone about Exotic Pets n go their for any kind of  out of the box animals!!!

Thank you so much everyone n we will be back for more baby roaches 😲
