I'm​ new to the area and was recommended NM Nails. Have been 3 previous times and had a good tips and gel manicure. Well today I went in and was told the tips had water under some of them and needed to be removed (2 had already fell off). I've had them removed before but NEVER pulled and cut off (they were soaked and removed other places). This was a lengthy process but did look nice when  done. I thanked the lady for her time and patience and she just walked away. My fingernails are so sore, can hardly touch them. I will be changing salons!

First my girlfriend spent three hours getting a full set then when she got home it rubbed off they told her she chose the wrong color . How does she do that when they provide the colors . So she goes back and it takes another 2 hours to get them done

This was a horrible experience.. I wish I could remember the dark complected woman's name.  I went to pamper myself, was going to get a full set of nails and get waxed.. I was in suck a great mood.  When I explained to the lady how I wanted my nails done.She started with, I was too picky and nobody would want to do my nails.RED FLAG!   If you are a technician and have been doing nails at least a year it should not be hard!  
Then she began, SHE DID NOT TAKE OFF MY OLD NAILS! ANOTHER RED FLAG! She said it would give the lift I wanted for curve.  OMG!  I really wanted this to be a good experience as I am new to the area.  It gets worse.. She didn't use enough powder so she had to keep adding. She took her sweet time as it she was going to hurt me somehow, then she has the audacity to complain that she is taking too long with me and she is losing money because everyone else is working faster than HER! At this point I got edgy and told her I would pay for her time if I had to so she would just do them right.  She filed and through a fit put a top coat of clear, one of the nails got messed up.  SHE WAS GOING TO JUST POLISH OVER IT WITH MESS. At this point Im just so disappointed.  I OVER PAID HORRIBLY FOR THIS.  I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.  AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO NEVER EVER STOP THERE FOR ANYTHING.  This was making the long story short. But I hope you think twice before going to this dive!

They did an alright job but, they had me waiting a long time before they even acknowledged that I had walked in the door. I can understand busy and we will get to you asap but, they just pretended I wasn't there. Even when they stopped being busy. I have not been back.
