This was my first time ordering and I had hair all over my delivery. Super gross. The restaurant refused to credit me and told me to drive my food there tomorrow so they can remake it. Unacceptable. Will never order from here again.
Giving this a 1 star because can’t rate it anything less. So a few days ago we stopped by this place to have dinner. We used to go to this place weekly before Covid. We specifically did the all you can eat option. First we ordered the appetizers and salads. Kani salad took 10-15 minutes to come out but tasted decent. We asked for crunch on the salad and you guessed it, salad came with no crunch on it. After this incident we forgot about that and moved onto the sushi. We ordered a normal amount of sushi and nothing too complicated just a few maki and special rolls. After waiting about 40-45 minutes a peice of our order comes and they tell us we’ve ran out of yellowtail and white tuna. WHAT SUSHI RESTAURANT RUNS OUT OF YELLOWTAIL AND WHITE TUNA. After this issue we end up ordering some other rolls that didn’t include the fish that they didn’t have. We notice that this order is taking a horrendous amount of time to be made. Then we figure out that our sushi order that we put in first has been overrided by a takeout order that was placed 10 minutes after we placed our order. I’m my mind that’s not fair to make people who are dining in your restaurant wait for a takeout order especially if we placed our order first. Finally our rolls came, almost felt like a Christmas present cause Christmas was coming faster then they made this order. Rolls were small and not filling at all but we just forgot about it and hoped desert would be better then the rest of the meal. We ordered green tea, red bean, and vanilla ice cream which came out more icy then a literal ice cube. All I’m saying is this place has really gone down hill and it sucks to see a place that you used to love dining at become a place that you will never eat at again. Ps, don’t come here unless you wanna be unhappy with your dinner.
If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Every single time I've been there for all you can eat, they somehow manage to forget to bring out one of more items of food. I haven't been there in months until recently because of so many bad experiences; not to mention the quality of the food is about as good as a McDonald's. The staff is also really unhelpful. They of course forgot to bring out some of the food my family ordered from all you can eat. I ordered sweet potato rolls and asked them not to fry it which they've done for me in the past and they refused because they claim they were "too busy". There were only 2 other small parties in the restaurant. The waitress also laughed at me when I asked to not have mine fried. The food that was brought out especially the sushi was disgusting. You really are better off buying gas station sushi or fast food to save you some money. Everything was absolutely saturated in grease and oil. Who fries sushi?? Apparently this place does, even when you don't want them to. They of course were so fast to come to our table to give us the check so we could pay after almost never checking on us while we were seated. We had to ask someone to take our orders when we got there after waiting a while, and we had to ask multiple times before they gave us utensils. I recommended literally any other place for sushi. Never going back- they never fail to disappoint here.
This place is one of my favorite sushi joints due to the AYCE. Usually ayce places have terrible quality sushi but this place is amazing. Both the sushi and sashimi are very high quality fish. The waiters are pretty on top of it too, even when it’s a bit busy. The hibachi is also great, and for $30 it’s a great deal. Highly recommend!
Sushi and service was amazing! The prices were super reasonable for the quality of food and the service was quick! They did accidentally charge us for soup that was included with the hibachi meal but they were able to correct it.
Great price for AYCE sushi and the quality is very good as well. Not usually too busy either. Service is sometimes slow but to be expected there’s only a few chefs preparing the sushi.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
The worst!!! All the kitchen menu was awful! The servers did not have a good attitude at all!
Amazing. I don't like foods that a fishy or fish based BUT...Im a try guy. So I tried 2 different types of eel, spring rolls, salmon & spicy salmon. Octopus squid with wasabi and this AMAZING sweet yellow organic sauce ugh... My boss ordered a Bigg sushi platter which was also amazing. The service was stellar and let me mention no servers at any time made fun of me learning how to use chop sticks! They commended me for it. Loved it
Fresh sushi, excellent flavors, steak melts like butter in your mouth with perfect sized portions. All you can eat menu along with a regular menu. Excellent service. Its Small and a bit dark. Casual dress or you can dress up. It has Vegetarian dishes too. Can be romantic.
Had dinner over here and 4 hours later I have been going to bathroom non stop 6 hours later 4 tripsVery frustrated at this point. They should inspect food.
