Both my kids are taking classes. My kids are pretty timid in public but their confidence is improving. It’s a good activity for them and the instructors are great with kids!  Patient, encouraging, and they make it fun!

Absolutely the best place around. Instructors here are talented in what they do. Best learning environment for someone who wants to learn any type of martial arts or boxing. 
Great facility and really nice people who care about how you are doing in the classes.

The best MMA gym in town. Top level talent and instructors in a friendly "family" environment. Come try a free class and experience it for yourself, you will not regret it.

I introduced my son Max to No Joke about a year ago.  At five years old  my son is learning about Commitment, focus self discipline and self respect coordination and consequences while having fun in the process of learning mix martial arts.   I believe Rich and his team at No joke lead by example and genuinely care about the community and students they instruct.  If you are looking for a fun way for your child to learn and grow as a child into a respectful confident young adult I encourage any parent to check out No Joke.

So hopefully, I'll never need to use any of the self defense moves I've learned at No Joke.  I doubt many people want to pick on a 64 year old woman.  But you never know. The first time I realized I could break a board with my bare hands was AMAZING. No one can ever take away the confidence it gave me.  Classes are small, aimed at our needs and loaded with individual attention.  Part of me wants to recommend No Joke to every woman I know, the other part of me wants to keep this place a secret :)
