I ALWAYS ORDER WITH DOORDASH AND THEY FORGOT THE CREAM CHEESE ALL THE TIME I ASK FOR SLICED AND THEY NEVER DO IT THE WORKERS ARE VERY MEAN : BAD SERVICE THANK YOU TO THE DOORDASHER GUY WHO HAD TO COME 2 TIMES TO BRING US THE CREAM CHEESE
Staff were very gracious. I stopped for coffee and enjoyed a moment to relax. This was my third visit. Nice neighborhood feel with just what you want from a bagel shop.
Perfectly good bagel. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese, red onion, tomato, and egg and I enjoyed it. I will say it was really hard to eat, so they could work on how the prepare the sandwiches since they definitely do it in a way that makes it hard to eat and messy a ton of the inside spills out upon taking a bite.... All the same it still tasted good. Our bagels were fresh too.
Such a terrible experience here. Food was bad, service was worse. We got there and there were 5 people behind the counter. Bagel took FOREVER. Second the bagel was CHEWY and NOT toasted when we asked for it to be toasted. Barely any avocado on our bagels. My friend is a vegetarian and ordered a garden bagel with raisin bagel. I ordered a turkey bacon egg bagel. The order came out a complete disaster. My friend got bacon in her order, and a plain bagel, i got the raisin bagel. The shop was not even busy, and there were so many people behind the counter and they couldnt even get a simple order down? Will not come back even if you paid me to, literally the worst bagel ive ever had. Please don’t advertise yourself as NY bagels, it’s embarrassing…
Quite possibly one of the worst bagels I've ever had The texture of the bagel is so leathery it's nearly impossible to take a bite out of it at this point I'm just grabbing and tearing with I asked for my bagels to be toasted and even though they do look like they've been toasted they are hardly even room
The bagels here are amazing! They market themselves as New York bagels but I think they are WAY better than New York style bagels. These bagels are crispy, flavorful, and soft and light on the inside. Their whipped cream cheeses shmears are also so good. The service is a little slow and sometimes they mess up the order but the staff is made up of very kind people who are super welcoming and patient. Also, there is a very nice park across the street from the store and I would recommend to get your bagels to go and eat them there. The store has a great view of the trees and the new mall.
I like their bagels a lot. Their coffee is pretty good and far cheaper than the nearby Starbucks. The kids working there are great.
Very dissatisfied. I ran to this place to get a Breakfast bagel. When I came back to my work place I open the paper bag with a burned bagel.. I threw it away. My10 mm. break was over. I didn't have time to go back and. complain. So everybody becareful with the emoyees. They like to fool customers.
It was alright, had their chorizo avocado bagel and it was alright too, not a big fan of their hash browns but that's a personal preference. I'd go just for a quick cheap breakfast
Nice place for bagels. Don't expect anything amazing, but they are good. This is the only place specializing in bagels in the area. Prices ain't that cheap but they are ok. Very popular among locals, so be expected to wait in a queue in mornings. The service is speedy anyway. Not many seats during busy times and sometimes I found this place dirty, but this is due to how busy it can be.
