This is my second experience with Noaker's. The first experience was a five star experience, and that is the reason I came back.  Unfortunately, my second experience was not.  They do excellent work, but my problem was with their customer service.   I was told to bring my car in for repairs on Tuesday and they told me it would be completed by Thursday.  At that time, I explained the necessity of having the car back by Friday, and that if it were not done we would possibly need a rental.  I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem.  Noaker's NEVER contacted me on Thursday to let me know the status, and only after I called them three times on Friday, did they give me a tentative estimated completion date of Monday.  When I spoke with the manager , I was informed that a rental would be $30/day.  When I told him that was unacceptable,  he said they had discovered extra damage during the repairs which required additional time, but that they would pay for ½ of the rental cost.  
Had I been contacted on Thursday about the additional damage, I could have made other transportation arrangements, but this lack of communication created multiple transportation challenges for me and my family.

Great service, friendly staff, timely (don't drag out service, didn't make me wait longer than absolutely necessary), patient with reported vehicle issues, never treated me like I was over-reacting.

Outstanding service! They even cleaned my truck a bit and always give a little goodie bag! Very kind and always quick service! Only place I've gone where I don't feel ripped off!

Noaker's Auto Body Repair LLC was highly courteous and extremely efficient through the entire collision repair process, including coordination with the insurance company, which can sometimes be a daunting prospect.  Both the office and shop personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in every conceivable respect, including the provision, through the insurer, of a temporary vehicle rental.  The office space is clean and well-appointed, and the shop seemed clean, well organized and contained the latest in collision repair and auto painting technology.  Changes or revisions to the original repair sequence were immediately provided with knowledgeable explanations, including provision of applicable additional costs; updates on repair progress were routinely provided to the customer.  The entire process was indicative of honesty and integrity in business, a refreshing observation in today's world.  Again, the staff was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire repair process - a company, after all, is only as good as its emplyees.  I would therefore highly recommend Noaker's for all automotive needs.

Great work. The best body shop I have ever dealt with. I recently had some work done on my Hard Bags for my HD Road King and they matched the paint perfectly and went beyond what I wanted. I then had someone hit my car and took it to them. They take care of the rental car and you pick it up at the shop when you drop off your vehicle. I was told the date my vehicle  would be done and it was. It took about 3 weeks and I was updated twice a week as to the progress. The office staff is great and the ladies are very friendly. When I picked up my car it looked better than when I bought it. Great body work and paint and they detailed my vehicle & will do it 4 times a year. Although I still haven't been able to talk them into detailing my bike..lol, but a great place and great workmanship with very professional people in all stages of the business.
