The staff at Noank-Mystic Veterinary Hospital are caring, professional, friendly and informative. The vets are thorough and explain everything very well, including options for treatment when available. I brought my scared rescue dog there, and after a year she runs to go in the door and see her "aunties" and get cookis and love with her medical treatment. I'm sure their care has made that difference possible. I'm so pleased to have found such a high quality veterinarian practice. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at the Noank-Mystic Vet Hospital have been great to my little babies.  They explain everything that they are doing and treat them with care.  I am very happy with their attention to detail- Dora my bunny they found she had a little arthritis at the bottom of her spine and with Yoda my kitty they found a very slight heart murmur that they will monitor as he gets bigger.  The staff is great!!

It's never easy when your pet is faced with a life threatening illness that requires surgery. It is also a big financial burden. Noank-Mystic Vet was awesome! They're first concern was our dog and how we were coping, they were compassionate, understanding and took the time to make sure we knew what was going on. The entire staff was incredible! I apologize for anyone who's appointment time was longer than normal because of us as they took our dog right in and saved her life!  My family is forever grateful for what they do. I would highly recommend Noank-Mystic Vet.

I have taken 3 dogs, 2 chickens, 2 cockatiels and a cat to see Dr. Otka and we're always happy with the care they get. The staff there is great. They remember all our animals and ask about them, and my dog thinks they have the best treats.

Their treatments were good and everyone was very friendly. However, things seemed to move in slow motion. I was there with my pup for 2.5 hours and he was diagnosed with arthritis.
