This place used to be wonderful and I am so disappointed in their decline. The service is awful - the waitresses have gotten worse and worse. They have a bad attitude, are not there to ensure you have a good experience and can barely get an order right anymore. I used to love the atmosphere and the people, it was basically my second home! I have been coming to Noches on 46 since they opened - almost everyday and some days even twice or three times a day. You guys were great, you were fun, had good food and an even better atmosphere - it is unfortunate you guys lost that and now are losing loyal customers. Best of luck - hope things change, starting with some of your staff! :)

Stumbled across this place, looking for somewhere to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised! The place itself, seemed very welcoming (they have free “valet” parking), and the music was awesome (I’m a salsa lover so yea😁)— a variety of songs, not just typical Colombian music. The place was clean, and the waitresses seemed nice and attentive. I had a “sharing is caring” type of dish and it was really good (I think it was the first one listed on the menu). I was surprised they didn’t have a typical Colombian soup called ‘consomé’, which is basically a chicken-soup. Usually every Colombian place has this...(or at least in NY🤷🏻‍♀️). Other than that, I would definitely come back to try other dishes, and bring family and friends. I would sugges for some type of sign or something because, we did not notice this place while driving on the same side of the road, we noticed it while driving on the opposite side. It looked like another car dealer or auto-place. *Just a suggestion*

I love the food is always fresh, and delicious. I do have to say the music is way to loud. I understand people are celebrating b-days, anniversaries, and other happy occasions, however the music way to loud when you are trying to have dinner and have a conversation at the same time. Other than that great servoces, the staff is very friendly.

The restaurant claims to close and deliver until 12 Am. I called at 10:50 and the woman Answering the phone said they were closed. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated this way. the manager has also given me a nasty attitude, sorry we can’t all be Colombian. But This is the last straw. Since this is a franchised restaurant I will be looking into the upper management to further my complaint. I will also file a complaint with the better business bureau, and the local health department as the food was terribly under cooked, and caused me to become sick and loose an entire day of work. I just hope the person opening and owning the restaurant isn’t a first timer because he or she still has a lot to learn before continuing ti conduct his business in this manner.
