Unique late night cookie spot! Prices are reasonable considering the cookies are made fresh order ahead or expect to wait about 20 mins. Our favorites were the sugar cookie, white chocolate macadamia nut, and surprisingly the mint chocolate chip. The peanut butter was just okay, but it wasn't bad by any measure. The girl working in there this evening was juggling orders and baking like crazy, she deserves a raise.

I cannot imagine a more perfect business model! Need a chocolate fix after a movie or a show at proctor's? Pregnant and need some Raspberry macadamia nut delivered to your door at 11 pm? Smashed and not able to sate your munchies with doritos? Nocturnal cookies has you covered! Ordered in person, bathed in the glorious smells of fresh baking cookies, salivated all the way to the car, ate our cookies with a relish that makes you glad no one can see you in the dark. Heaven.

Ordered the midnight snacker with all different cookies. Came warm and delcious and I mean every single one... it was to die for.  We also ordered a pint of vanilla ice cream and made a couple of cookie sandwiches currently thinking of going back for another bite anyways I will be letting everyone I know about this gem! Thanks for warming my tummy

The poor guy who was working was by himself for one. It was his second day and when I asked to speak to a manger she didn’t even want to get on the phone. He was overwhelmed and the 10 minutes i was in there and the orders kept coming in. The manger was very rude to the poor guy. We saw the exact employee walk out of the store while we were waiting and he was trooping up the street. We proceeded to ask what’s wrong and he said he quit! Can’t blame the guy. We spent $25 at this horrible location. Never again 0/10 and need funding for gas.  Still have yet to receive our refund. Manager will not return my calls. It’s been almost 2 months.

This place is a gem!  Walk in and get a made to order cookie for under$2?  Come on!  The chocolate chunk was awesome, and there are GF options as well. Come support Nocturnal Cookies!

I called to place an order for cookies around 12:25, the woman answered with an attitude to start. She stated that they cannot take orders over the phone - even though I’ve done a couple nights before but no problem … she then tells me that I would need to place the order through GrubHub, but I told her that it wasn’t showing up on GrubHub, it showed the business as closed .. I asked if I could come inside to pay she said sure no problem when I told her I would get there at 12:47 she then stated to me that the computers shut off at 12:47 and they lock the doors at 12:47, what a coincidence, the same time that I gave to be there? Okay .. I asked if the manager was available at this point she states that the manager has left for the day. She then stated that I can place the order online on the website before 12:40 because they take 20 mins to make which I did attempt to do after I got off the phone with her. As I am Waiting for confirmation I was placed in the queue on the site @12:35. I tried to call back several times after to see why wasn’t they accepting the order and she did not answer the phone purposely. If you don’t wanna work that’s fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere but don’t give a patron instructions on how to do something if you’re just going to ignore the order entirely. Be professional and tell them you’re not taking anymore orders for the night. Also if y’all are not truly open till 1 AM that should be changed on your website and on Google. I will never support this business again with customer service like this

The place has great cookies. Have ordered them 3 times already on my trips up here and never had a issue.

I went their for the first time ever when they opened today and the guy helping out was super chill and wasn’t lying about the cookies being amazing you guys need to fix your hours and open earlier because you guys are amazing with your cookies 10/10

Why would someone give a 2 star review since the cookies are made fresh?? That's what's great about this place! You can order ahead so they're ready for you when they get there. People can be so blind as to how reviews impact a business. This place is great. Fresh baked cookies and they deliver! If you don't want to wait, just order ahead.

Let's start from the beginning: My husband ordered for pickup on Grubhub. We had talked about this place before and had a sweet tooth tonight. I get to the building and its got a very visible banner sign with lights that can only be described as 'nocturnal' due to the dull yellow color, I think its perfect for the owl theme. The moment I opened the door, a wave of amazing smells flooded me. I knew it was going to be good. The store front is very cute with beautiful wooden walls, a chalkboard menu sign, cute culinary art on some walls, a wall mural of the name and owl, and a few tables with chairs if you enjoy the sweets in store. The man working/baking couldn't have been nicer. He was attentive and pleasant. He handed me the box of doz. cookies, warm. When finally home, my husband and I bit into the soft, warm, amazing cookies and we are so excited that Nocturnal Cookies is local! Will definitely need more cookies soon!
