Noel was very personable and from the moment me and my husband met with him we knew that he was the one for us. He asked us what we were looking for and what was most and least important and he went from there. 

Our home was he first home that we saw! Once we decided to put in an offer Noel got on it immediately and came to our home at 10PM so that we could go over the contract. Our house was a hot commodity and he did everything in his power to make sure that we had a smooth transition through the entire process. He made sure to give us recommendations in regards to our home inspector and attorney and it was an overall great experience for us! 

There was not one time where I called Noel and he either didn't answer or didn't return our calls in a timely fashion. From constant communication with our lender and our attorney, he made sure that this process was as stress free as possible and as first time homebuyers he was able to teach us and guide us through every step along the way.

I've worked with Noel on many transactions, and all I can say is that he is the agent you want on your side. Wether you're buying or selling and home, there are very few real estate professionals who fight harder than he does to get the job done.

We are very happy that we decided to work with Noel. When we started, we told him what we wanted to look for in a place and the location we would preferred. We were casually looking for homes every weekend and during our 4th week we found the house we wanted. Noel was quick to work and contacted the seller immediately. The house had a bid prior to the viewing of the house and he recommended how to bid if we were indeed interested in the home. After our viewing, a third bid for the house emerged. My wife and I was stressed with the situation, but after Noel's recommendations we eventually won the bid. During the contract agreement stages, he got credits towards the house. Also, he was there to keep us on track with our mortgage broker and our lawyer. Noel made the whole process very easy for us. We will recommend Noel to anyone.

Very professional and accommodating. Interest in helping you find what you want. Easy going and patient. Personable and friendly. He provided insight when necessary and utilized all resources to ensure accurate and efficient results. He provided multiple resources to expedite the closing process. Noel made my home buying experience simple and fun. He was very easy to communicate with and prompt with his replies. His etiquette and demeanor was well received by my wife and I as well as the seller's. I would highly recommend his services!!!
