Welcome to NOIR Bistro & Bar located in the historic Paramount (Pictures) building on Film Row in downtown OKC.

Story

Experience casual eating and drinking with a "Film-Noir" attitude. Our menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees are made with farm fresh local seasonal ingredients. From the house-made condiments to the baked deserts, we offer a delightful dance of flavors for your taste buds. Partake in one of our signature cocktails, made with the finest spirits, some local to Oklahoma, as you listen to live music on our bandstand. Open late on Friday and Saturdays with "Brunch after Midnight".

I love this bistro! They have improv and live music on the weekends. It's a great place to go for drinks and just relax with a friend or significant other!

Nice place. Definitely need to get the word out though. Do some kind of marketing to get people in or to want to come in. We were there at 9:30pm on a Friday night and there were 4 people there besides the bartender. ***The improv show next door was pretty great. Talented and imaginative people for sure.

Great host and good atmosphere. Would go back again. Good for a date night and live music after 10pm. Seasonal menu is great too.

Not the best, but not the worst. The wait staff was very friendly. But some of the food was bland, and they are trying too hard with the cocktails. Why does every cocktail need to have lemon in it? We had steaks, and those were cooked very well, but they took 45 minutes to arrive, and our table was the only one in the restaurant. Our friend's soup-and-salad took longer than the steaks for some reason. The appetizers were fairly bland, and weren't really worth paying for. This place has good potential, but their kitchen needs to move faster, and they need to get some more savory dishes.

Decent place on Film row. I was there for a friends Birthday party. Mood was nice. Drinks were good. People were happy.
