Conveniently located next to Btrust supermarket, we passed by this restaurant many times but did not try it until recently. The foods are decent and are pretty cheap compared to other places. The noodle quality is top-notch. The ambience gives out an interesting European-Asian vibe. With plenty of parking space, I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next visit.
In this economy you get a lot of quality noodles for the price. The other items on the menu are also reasonably priced and very delicious too. The only downside is that service is pretty slow.Food: 5/5
I got the hand pulled noodles with pork dry + lamb skewers. Good portions. One order can be shared by two people. I love the bouncy texture of the noodles! Personally, I'm not a fan of cucumbers. Might be better if paired with something pickled just to cut through the richness of the dish. Add some of that chili sauce to have the perfect bite! You can distinctly taste cumin in the lamb skewers. Perfect ratio of fat to lean meat. But similar to my comment above, this could be better if it had a salad or something pickled on the side. But overall, good food
An authentic mainland Chinese food experience. A lot of traditional dishes, served hot and made with fresh ingredients. Service can be choppy as they don’t have too many servers considering the size of the restaurant. The vibe is that of a typical large Chinese restaurant, nothing special. My noodles were delicious, delivered to the table quickly and piping hot. Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with ground floor access. No steps.
I’ve been to the Asian grocery store in this plaza called BTrust many times and saw this restaurant but never been in until I searched for hand pulled noodles on Google and this restaurant popped up. There were some mixed reviews which made me hesitant. But my love for noodles took over. So we decided to try it and form our own opinion. So glad we went ! When you walk in there’s a gentleman making fresh noodles. So this place has to be good! Modern and clean restaurant. Service was great, the server explained each item to us and the food came super fast. We decided to get 2 types of noodles soup to share since the bowls are huge for $11.99!! We got the mild sliced noodles with beef and the spicy ramen braised beef noodles. The broth for both soup were amazing, so flavourful. We loved the spicy chilli oil at the table and almost used up the whole jar. Our conclusion was that we liked the braised beef better than the sliced beef. The braised beef was so tender and the sliced noodles were thick and chewy. The fresh ramen noodles were great as well but we love thick noodles in general as a preference. We also love the spicy broth, it’s not too spicy we had to add more chilli oil. For the bbq dishes we got the lamb skewers and the spicy squid tentacles. The cumin spices were so flavourful and tasty. Grilled to perfection! What a nice surprise, so happy we decided to try this place! It’ll be my go to hand pull noodle place to satisfy that craving!! Prices are great for the portion. FYI- they only accept cash or debit no credit cards. Must try and highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian noodles. Parking: Lots of parking , it’s in a huge plaza. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly lots of families are there.
The prices are pretty okay, compared to other Asian restaurants the prices are okay. There is no customer service though, the way we got treated was just as if they hired the person yesterday from the middle of nowhere, no smiles or anything no communication. As a restaurant worker you must know to comfort the customer with compassion and genuine acts. Just walking past with an eye won’t get you Any tips, that’s for sure. The food tastes pretty good and that’s why I give it a two star. The noodles do feel home made and are very stretchy and long with a nice taste similar to . The beef sandwich I got was absolutely the best, I do not know what sauce they cook that in or how they toast the bread to the perfect crisp but oh man I would get that again for $5. Would maybe come here again, but they just need to step up the customer service.
Portions are very filling! They give a lot of noodles with your order~ I had to take some home because I couldn’t finish. The soup was delicious and packed with flavour~ The lamb and beef kebabs had a great cumin flavour and had a bit of fatty meat that wasn’t overbearingly greasy. Will definitely come by again ^^
Had a ramen craving and decided to try this place out. Restaurant is small and a bit dark, with mostly booth seating. Staff was friendly and service was efficient. Their hand pulled ramen is delicious! Had the ramen with braised beef. It was sooo yummy! Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
The braised beef with noodles soup was very good. A little salty. The portion was pretty good and the noodles were fantastic. The service was effective and minimal which was very nice. Pretty quiet place for a good meal. I would come back here again
Ordered but they called it chicken wings, it's actually pork Tenderloin with sugar crispy wrap... Anyway everything taste just like home town. The noodle chef is amazing! My daughter was very interested in watching him making the noodles. 3 to 5 stretches, the dough became incredible noodle! And the chef tried to make some interaction with my daughter, which successfully attracted her attention therefore made her want to try his noodle. Big Thank you to the chef. Next time we will order so to check the machine. Pls. Our noodle came a bit late but they gave us a free tea flavor egg as sorry
