I had a great experience, stopped in after a doctors appointment when I had a cold. Ordered some soup for there and mac and cheese to go. 
They forgot to put the soup on the heater so it came back cold but they happily and politely got me a new one and a rice crispy treat for the trouble! First time trying the soup, didn't care for it but it helped with my cold which is what mattered and the mac and cheese the next day was the best. Wish I remembered my receipt so i coulda got a free appetizer for next time!

Food is always hot and fresh. Take the survey on your receipt for a free appetizer. Those love meatballs are pretty tasty.

Go to Panera Bread for soup.  Here, they give you the same amount of soup where Noodles charges price that is the same as Panera, just no bread bowl.
