Let me start out saying I really enjoy noodles and company.... Just not the one in my home town of Fond du Lac. Everytime we we have gone there we have been disappointed by the lack of flavor. So we haven't gone in a while until yesterday. 2 of us tried the new Mac bowls and the third ordered our all time Fav the beef pad Thai bowl. My truffle Mac was a big pile of dry noodles with cheese mushrooms and breadcrumbs on top. It was dry! I added a bit of cream and some truffle oil and it tasted 1000X better. The same for the other Buffalo Mac bowl, it basically has no sauce, and the Pad Thai was a let down yet again. For how much we pay for a bowl of noodles, they can afford to add some sauce =/

This is the worst Noodles and Co Ive been to by far. They messed up my order when I placed an online order, I said no carrots (Im alergic) and recieved extra carrots. Called the manager simply to replace the entree and he claimed the coupons were in the mail...they never came. Then I called back a month later wondering where they were, he claimed he would send them and that he forgot. They never arrived. He never sent them and never intended to. I pay a relatively expensive price for a bowl of noodles that THEY make incorrectly and never offer to fix the scenario. Unbelievable that a business owner would trust millions of dollars to management that is incredibly incompetent.  They other orders Ive placed here have been dry and terribly prepared compared to other noodles locations. Lack of sauce on the mac and the stroganoff ....dry, dry product. Apparently Im not the only person who thinks so either judging by these reviews.

I love their Pad Thai! Also, I have been using the Noodles app to order my lunch as I leave my work and it is always ready to go by the time I get there. It is very convenient. The staff is really friendly and willing to please. Sometimes the line for drinks is a little long but that is because it is one of the million flavor machines and people take forever to make up their minds. Go with ginger ale, its the best choice!

Nothing against this location, but this restaurant chain is such a let down.  Most people go berserk for it and I just don't see the appeal.  Won't spend money here again.
