Work in Greenway Station so I order frequently. Most of the time, none of the time knows what they are doing and I have YET to get my order correct. Manager is fairly rude but oh well, that’s fast food.

Quite disappointed in my experience at this Noodles location today. I brought a friend who was visiting out of town for a bite to eat. We ordered our food, waited 40 minutes and our order was lost twice. We eventually requested a refund and received rude service in the process.

Very loud, slow,  and completely forgot my food. They brought out my two kids' food and an empty bowl. Uhh hello? Where's my soup?  Another time I ordered a salad with no cheese and gluten free. They had to take it back and remake it.  Last time I ordered a gluten free pasta with no cheese. Came out as regular pasta and cheese on top. Again' uhh hello? Some people have allergies. Not sure we'll be coming back.

Beware when ordering online. Once we got our food home, we discovered the Mediterraean salad was missing salad dressing AND the kalamata olives. So back we went to get the missing ingredients. All we received was a "sorry;" our meal was not comped for the inconvenience.

Great franchise...but the one that I have been have been hit or miss...loved the one in Cincinnati..did not care for the one on Capital in Milwaukee...this on Greenway raised questions in my mind to the point that I did not eat what I ordered and threw it away. Two people in my party ordererd the same thing Pad Thai..theres looked great and as in pix....mine noodles were dark instead of light cream????...it had a off taste  as if one of the cooks put something in it....not saying that happened....but it was so pronounced that I threw it away....and why did mine look so different from my co workers?
