What happened? My first visit was about threes ago for dinner. It was really great food and superior service. The decor is welcoming. I gave it 5 stars. Today, I took my friend there. I had to call over the wait person to take my order. He came back twice because he had not taken the order correctly and gotten all the information he needed. We ordered hot tea as well. The tea arrived and was lukewarm at best. Our food arrived. Parts of the dish were cold, not even warm. A cold mushroom and snow pea, a warm piece of chicken and hot rice. How does this happen? My friends dish was the same way. They were sent back to heat them up. The tea issue continued with an excuse that their boiler pot was on the fritz. They brought another tea kettle to the table holding it with a cloth towel. I touched the handle and it was too HOT to touch with my bare hand. If I had grabbed it I would have been burned. Food arrives second time. It is hot enough on one side of the plate and warmish on the other. One of the wait staff treated us like he was doing us a favor to be there and simply made excuses for all the problems he was finding in the kitchen. In the end: they did not charge us for the tea and gave us a 15% discount for problems created by them. That was the best part of the meal and the experience. Sad. End result for me: I will not be going back and will actively not recommend this place to anyone

This is a great place for Thai, my favorite dish is the Penang curry. They always get your spice number just right, always quick with your order, and it seems like every dish taste great. I would highly recommend this place

My wife and I had our first date here. We love the food here. Progressively over the last 5 years the service has gotten so poor. They are short on the phone. They rarely smile. They have more of just order and eat attitude now. It's a good thing they make good food and there isn't any real competition until you get into Mill Creek or else they may start losing a customer base. I hope they do something about it.

Great prices and great food. I'm surprised it isn't more crowded, but they are tucked in a bit and out of sight. The service is good and prompt. I will definitely go back again.

Not a very friendly staff, not very welcoming. Fried tofu was bland and mushy (when asked for fried even), didnt ask us if we wanted any spice added to give the dish some heat. My yellow curry dish was highlighter yellow, litterally was scared there was highlighter fluid in my dish. The veggies were undercooked and all the spicing got stuck in a clump with a little bit of noodle and was in-edible. Decor was okay, needs a cleaning. Overall not a very a very good thai place. If your looking for good thai I prefer Rice up in lake stevens their food is super good!
