Lady didn't even greet me as I walked in, she just kept on sweeping. Once I got her attention I ordered two bouquets of baby's  breath that I really needed for an event that Sunday. She said I had to leave a deposit and she would have them for me to pick up on Saturday as she doesnt open Sundays. She even had me write down my phone number and the deposit i left. She said she would be closing at 4pm on Saturday  but she would call me before she closed to pick up my bouquets. Come Saturday I call a few times a little before 3pm and no answer, leave a voice mail amd no reply. Website says she is CLOSED. She never called me and she did not close at the time she told me so. I am now left with no flowers that i urgently needed for my event. I am of course very mad at this horrible service. She was not friendly from the beginning and this is horrible service. I will go back and demand my deposit.

Actual flowers deliver in person (not shipped in a box!) Local, easy and affordable. My family has used Nora's service for over ten years... from just a thank you, congrats to new babies, weddings, mothers days, love day and even funerals. Nora has made all occasions a good memory for my family.

Online orders from the website do not work.  No record of my order for delivery for my anniversary.  Rude on the phone as well when I called to fix the order.  She blew me off and said she was too busy to take my order, also way overpriced.  I'll take my business to someone who deserves it and isn't rude to customers.
