This place would not let me access my medical records or talk to the doctor to who I have been working with for the last 5 years!!!   There reason:.  They said I was pain in there ass for getting my medical info!!!!! WTF!!! That is your job people!!!!   There were also unbelievably rude and and hung up on me several times when I all wanted was a copy of my med card and my service animal card so I can fly back home to take care of my 89 year old sick grandma with stage four cancer...   These people just want your money and are always nice to new people.  Once you give them money, they will try to swindle more out of you and if you don't like that, then they will refuse you access to your medical card that you paid for!!!!!

Extremely friendly and professional. They care about your medical problems and constantly keep up to date with what is going on in order to help out. They not only prescribe 215 cards (medical cannabis) but they also offer acupuncture, massage, and other forms of alternative therapies. I did not feel like just another number or walking wallet.. Nor did I feel judged due to my young age. Call them to make an appointment if you are a new customer, and bring copies of your medical records for them to keep a file (they have to, just like any other clinic type place). The nurse will sit down with you, one on one, talk about your issues and the different types of treatments for those issues. For me, I have extensive back issues, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, scoliosis.. The works...so i do physical therapy, chiropractor, and use medical cannabis in rubs and smoke form. Thanks to them I was able to get a real treatment in place without just "getting high". Very satisfied.
