Not the Nordstrom experience. The last 2 times I have been there it hasn't been great. The employees do not go out of their way to help you. The selection is good though

I went to do an even exchange for this tie my Mother bought for my husband for Father's Day - I wanted the same tie, same price, without the giant flaw that we somehow missed when she purchased it a few months ago. There is string from the lining you can see through the front. I couldn't believe they would not exchange it. I didn't have a receipt as it was purchased by my Mother, but I only wanted an even exchange for the same thing. I'm honestly shocked - certainly not the Nordstrom I grew up with.

Not really my kind of place, but they do seem to have good prices on a lot of items. Didn't seem to have a lot of stuff for men though. I was able to find something that I couldn't find at the unorganized Dick's Sporting Goods right next door, & the pricing was better. Be ready for a challenging parking lot... it's very busy & we had to circle awhile before finding a spot.

My first time in this store. It was clean and had a good selection; however, I give them 5 stars because I had a medical issue while I was shopping and their staff was so kind, accommodating, and helpful!
