I just watched an amazing feat in customer service. There was a very impatient woman trying to locate a tag for an item she wished to purchase, and the associate helping her was searching thoroughly for the tag. The woman was extremely rude to two associates, and they both handled it with such grace and composure. I wish people like that woman knew what they looked and sounded like to the rest of humanity. Kudos to you, associates. You are awesome.

I guess you guys don't think hospitality is important, but it is to me. I was looking to buy a bottle of One, by dolce. You had a tester on display, but none on the shelf, an employee of the store passes me, I asked her if she was busy, she then said she had clocked out already, and walked away, no direction to someone who could help, or a simple sorry, she didn't seem to care at all, mind you this was like 10 am and the store had just opened , which was off putting, needless to say I spent that money at JC Penny's

This store has the worst service you will ever find in retail industry . Untrained , rude employees . It’s Shame to have this store ran under Nordstrom brand

Great store I went in looking men's accessories to wear with my suits. I saw many great priced items that fit my budget and my taste.  It's a tad smaller than the Tyson's store I am used to, but the same great products and service closer to home.
