They don't know anything about custmer service. Their system was broken, and I got charged, but they couldn't send me recipes nor print out, A store clerk said it'll be on my card. However, they lost my record, deleted my card, lost paper receipt, etc. I needed any kind of "recipes. They made me wait for 20 minutes with no explanation. In the end, one of the managers told me I didn't pay. I got charged on my account, but she said its pending and will go away. It happens many times at this store. She said. Then why don't you fixed it? Instead ask me to pay again.. I asked the manager a one apology for making me wait for nothing, but wasted my valuable time. She said it's not her fault, no need apology. In the end she almost call the security to get rid of me. Really? Why store clerk can't say apple for wasting custmer Stine? Your system was broken, it's your FAULT! I left the merchandise, after the three days waiting because of the weekend payment. I literally charged. Had to go back to the store to get money back. I was pissed, but store manager just apologized and nothing. If you want to treat like a payed customer, better to go to deferent store NOT in Tustin. I used go to the stores in Laguna. Yeah, it's Tustin, what was I thinking, right?

Its a decent Rack. Parking is very easy and always available. If you have a few extra minutes, to drive a little further to Costa Mesa, there is a much bigger one at Metro Pointe, not far away. I beleive it is the biggest Rack store. Much bigger and better selection.

Large store but selection is limited. The clothing is not properly sorted by sizes. Could use better store management.
