Had a Toro tractor under warranty. Didn't buy it from Norfolk but wished I had. They were kind enough to look at my tractor and repair it within a couple hours. The place where I bought it told me they could possibly need the tractor three to four weeks and offered to rent me a tractor to use in the meantime for $100!
Norfolk could have taken the approach that I didn't buy the tractor there and they would look at it when they got a chance. But they didn't do that. I have five acres to cut. Having my tractor back in the same day was awesome. Next time I need to purchase power equipment, this will be the first place I go to. The facility is very clean. Staff is cordial and knowledgeable.

My husband and I purchased a tractor last month from Norfolk Power. We were assisted by Dave, who never tried to direct us to spend more than we needed for a tractor.  He was very helpful when we selected the Kuboda L3301, discussing the operation, letting us drive it,  and gave little tips about using the tractor and safety features. Delivery was swift and the tractor is just what we needed.

The parts came in in a few days and it was just what I needed.

Do not bring your Kubota tractor to get serviced here. It's been there 3 month's and haven't even gotten a call to update me on the service. Originally they told me the parts were not avaliable,all of a sudden they are available and I still haven't gotten my machine yet.

Went to Norfork power in burillville to purchase cub cadet xt2. Wayne the salesman was excellent give hi me 5 stars. Had one minor problem with machine when i got it home called them 930 Friday morn. Explained problem. They came and picked up machine that morning and repaired and returned to me same day at 530 pm awesome.  now that's what I'm talking about 5 stars guys. And by the way I have owned 3 other make machines and this xt2 is hands down the best
