When my son was tragically killed in December, KrystalAnne at Norman Dean was the most down to earth, sympathetic yet professional funeral director.  With all of the pictures, sports jerseys, flowers, and other momento's, KrystalAnne transformed the entire funeral home into a warm, welcoming environment where we were able to celebrate his life. She made sure that people waiting outside had heaters or umbrellas while waiting in the snow and asked our accommodating guests to stand a little closer to get more people inside. Our guests still tell us what a nice experience this was following a horrific event. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My 11 year old niece recently passed away.  The wake and funeral were handled by David at Norman Dean and he could not have been more compassionate. He guided the family through all necessary decisions, with empathy, honesty and professionalism. He, and the rest of the staff made an impossible situation easier to navigate. Many thanks to all at Norman Dean.

My husband suddenly passed away in 2016. Rebecca was amazing! As soon as she met with our family, I knew everything would be just the way my husband and my children  would have wanted it. She let us display anything we wanted, and we even made a CD of his favorite tunes to play during the viewing. There was just a sense of calm and love at such a horrible time. Thank you Rebecca and the Norman Dean Staff, you have no idea how special you are!

The staff at Norman Dean have shown our family the utmost compassion and concern as we grieve the loss of our daughter.  They have been there for us every step of the way.

You will not find a group of more sincere, caring, professionals anywhere.  Without prompting, they go beyond what is expected, doing their best to tailor every funeral to the desires of the departed and their surviving families.  Nothing here is "typical."
