I bought 2 suits and 2 neck ties. One of the neckties fell apart after a month. Cost $45
I tried on 1 suit and the trousers were marked for alteration. The salesmen grabbed the 2nd suit from the rack.
Here is the result....
Suit size 48 reg
The 2nd suit was a size 50 reg
Took back for a replacement and same salesmen influenced my return by saying....let us make it right. And altered The jacket wrong. But never The less. Alteteration took place.
The trousers...came apart at the length seams. Took them in to my dry cleaner alterations dept.
Last to say.....
After 2 months I'm still having issues.
I'm very unsatisfied, and will never go back.

I bought shoes on 9-4-15 from Normans. I wore them once to the store and noticed the left shoe was cutting into my foot. This is really unusual for Clark's Shoes, as I have many pairs and they are famous for shoes that are comfortable on the first wear. 
I decided to take them back today on 9-8-15. I had my receipt with me. The clerk, a gray haired older woman, refused to refund my purchase because I wore the shoes. She stated "you should have worn them in the store or at home." I told her that this was not specified on their return policy which is on the receipt and on a paper taped to the counter (which I took a picture of). She said "well every store is like that. You should have know that," to which I replied, "no, every store is NOT like that! Academy accepts returns for 90 days for no reason." I told her I would file a dispute with my credit card company and that this was extremely poor customer service.

I love this place. The people who work here are very pleasant and are eager to help. Very pleased with service and they are very professional.
