I liked it, the food was really good and a good price. For just $7+ I got 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, hash brown, ham and 2 pancakes. I was full, the service was good and the establishment well - managed. We got there and were sat down to wait for a table, the waiting area is spacious with comfy seats. The wait was short and they quickly sat us down and the food was brought pretty fast too. They are a very efficient and professional team. My friend and I left satisfied.

Clean place, fast service . Strawberry topping on my waffles was way too sweet and thick, like jam. That's pretty subjective though, ymmv. Other than that, I'm sure if you stick to the staples and your expectations are realistic, you won't be disappointed. The same exact meal at the IHOP less than 1 mile away will cost you a few bucks more, with lower quality service and more waiting.

My favorite Norms, can't remember a bad experience at this place and it's always open. Some items on the menu are timed based like they stop serving certain items at 11pm for example but completely understandable. Brenda is the best server you can ask for as well, she really takes care of the customer. If you get a chance, get her! Great place, great food but prepare for it to get packed at times on the weekend with Downeys nightlife at 10p to 3am.

Great service and good food. I loved the quality and amount of food for the price for the kids meals (breakfast). I was not impressed with my dinner salad, but I was glad they had baked potatoes!

This a great family place. They make the best pancakes in town. Also Monday's kids eat free with adult meal purchase after 2pm so, this has become one of my favorite places to take the kids on Mondays and take day off from cooking. Food is very good, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
