This month we had a positive experience with North American Home Services, particularly Geoff Wallace and Steffen Gilbert.  They were able to accommodate us under very short notice before and after Memorial Day weekend.  Geoff did a thorough inspection for us and clearly explained what he observed at the property, including the work and report of another pest company.  The met us at the property several times and put our minds at ease during the stressful time of selling and buying property.  I would recommend NAHS to anyone who needs a pest inspection/report and/or to review the report of another company.  Thank you Geoff & Steffen!

Don came out to see our issues and was very professional and thoroughly explained what he saw and why he suggested what he was recommending. Ivan came out to do the work and when he finished he showed me what he did. I mentioned that Don had also suggested some work in areas that he (Ivan) didn't do --because the treatment is meant for closer to the wall and with appliances it would have been further out. But when I mentioned this to Ivan, without hesitation he got his equipment back out and did that too. Staff was also great when I needed to call in. Very friendly and responded quickly.

I have worked with North American Home Services for several years now. I came to them through working with Don Blahut who does pest inspections. He is always so thorough and really takes time to explain things to my clients in a way they can understand. The Home Inspection Division has been awesome to team up with as well. Kevin has always been on time, very professional, and knowledgeable about the homes he has recently inspected for my clients. GOOD JOB to the women in the office. Thank you for always taking and returning calls!
