This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have ever been forced to deal with. One of their insured tow trucks hit the from of my brand new car and left the scene and I HAVE A POLICE REPORT STATING SO and they refused to pay to fix my car and denied the claim. Progressive had to file a lawsuit in order for these people to release funds in order to pay for the damage to my car. The claims adjuster that I was speaking with refused to return phone calls or emails to me or progressive. They would state to progressive that they were sending me documents and other correspondence when they were not. The one time I did get a phone call from them over a month after the initial claim was sent to them the claims adjuster was completely snippy on the phone and said she was going off the word of her driver verses the actual police report. This company should be shut down, clearly I am not the only one having these problems. Just WOW.

While there is nothing fun about car accidents, NARISK wasn't bad for me. Mr. Trent Bailey took good care of me, while I did have to fight a bit to make sure I had a paid for rental car throughout the time my car was in the shop, they came through and it all worked out in the end. Overall it could have gone much worse, and they let me pick my preferred shop and stuff so I could make sure a quality job was done. I know a lot of the other reviews are poor, but just saying at least with Mr. Bailey I didn't have a bad experience. Patience, but firmness for fairness with them does help. Overall; not amazing, but not horrible. Since they did the minimum of what I expected them to do, they get 4 stars. just seems appropriate.

If i could leave zero stars I would. My vehicle was struck and it was the fault of a commercial tow truck driver with this insurance. That was 5 months ago and we still have not been paid for the repairs. Will not return my calls. Very unprofessional. I will be complaining to my state board of insurance. This company is the worst!!!!

Left several messages for a return call with my direct number. Somehow they got a number for the service center for the company and claim they left a message regarding the claim for our collateral. Of course as I do not work in that department I was not aware of the message, nor did the adjuster return any of my 7 messages with my direct number, so payment was issued to the customer who did not use it to repair the collateral. And when I requested a call from the adjusters supervisor, he put the adjuster Jeff Laviletta on the line and he was very rude, and said he did not feel the need to contact the lien holder to advise payment had been issued. He was speaking to me as if he was talking to a child. I thanked them for their time, however, am very shocked at how they handle business.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 worst company EVERY!!!!! ALL the comments below are true. Y are they in business??. 0/5stars they suck. I hope they get shut down. Terry spoon is the worst ever even management. Their all trash! I'm calling fox, ABC,NBC, CNN, and the BBC, ECC they deserve to be SHUT DOWN. IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!
