I work with NAT several times a month. As a Realtor I have to have a good Title Attorney that I can rely on. I go to Derrick and James for everything from providing a smooth and successful settlement for my clients to helping understand new laws or forms the state requires. I've been a full time Realtor for 15 years, and I have a great business. I contribute a lot of that to the people that I work with. Both Derrick and James have been available around the clock, 7 days a week to answer my questions or my clients. The Title Work can be confusing for a lot of Buyers and Sellers, but they're great with answering questions and providing great information for Sellers and Buyers alike. I'm lucky to have them as part of my team. 
- I will say, moving from Meridian Settlement to NAT, there were a few mistakes made on one of my Settlements. However, they were very quick to make things right with my clients. I wasn't happy about the mistakes made, and worst of all, my clients weren't either. But everything turned out right in the end and they worked very hard to make it right. Any business can have growing pains.

Horrible experience, would never recommend. Incompetency at the highest level. Your home investment is too significant to settle for this type of poor substandard service. The one star is too high a rating but I had no option that was lower than a one star.
